Once you placed the order you can’t Apply for cancellation .

RETURN POLICY
 100% Return Will be Applicable On False or Damage Products.


– Return requests must be raised within 1-2 days of delivery of the product, any requests placed beyond 2 days shall not be accepted. To place a request, you can email us at support@junkys.in with the subject – “Return on Order ID (number)” with the attached photos of product.
-Once the request is received, we shall arrange for the return pickup from the originally delivered address.
-To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it with the original packaging.

 

Refunds:

-Once the return pickup is initiated, the refund for the order will be processed, and the same will take about 4-5 working days to reflect in the original mode of payment.
Late or missing refunds:

-If you’ve received a notification regarding your refund and the amount hasn’t been reflected in the original mode of payment within 4-5 working days, we request you kindly cross-check with your bank initially.
-If the issue persists, please reach out to us at support@junkys.in


Exchanges :

-We do not accept exchange requests, for now, please raise a return request and place a new order for the item you purchased

Return Shipping :

To return your product, send us an email at support@junkys.in with the subject – “Return for Order ID number” with the attached photos of product. We will arrange for the return pickup from the originally delivered address only.
